1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers through www.phonebottle.com. The Seller is the consumer's contractual partner. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform and third-party partners may process payments, fulfilment and delivery, but they are not the seller.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Images may show minor colour differences caused by screens. Essential characteristics, compatibility, dimensions and safety information are stated on the product page or in the accompanying instructions. Please contact us before ordering if any information is unclear.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Products placed in the cart are not reserved. Before submitting an order, the customer can review and correct the order details. Clicking the final payment button creates an order with an obligation to pay. Receipt is confirmed electronically. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the price is clearly erroneous, delivery is unavailable or fraud is reasonably suspected. Any amount paid will then be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless another currency is selected. The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before the order is submitted. No additional charge will be imposed without the customer's express agreement. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Risk passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The procedure, model withdrawal form, exclusions and return instructions are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Complaints Policy.

7. Conformity and complaints

The Seller is responsible for a lack of conformity existing at delivery and appearing within the statutory period under applicable consumer law, which is generally at least two years for goods sold to EU consumers. Consumers retain all mandatory legal remedies. Commercial statements in these Terms do not replace or restrict statutory rights.

8. Product safety

Only products intended for sale in the relevant market should be offered. Please follow all warnings and instructions and stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe. See our Product Safety Information page and contact us immediately with any safety concern.

9. Intellectual property

Store content, photographs, graphics and text may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law or owned by another identified rights holder.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Order data may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners, carriers and other service providers where necessary to perform the contract or comply with law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. Please send complaints to info@phonebottle.com. The Seller does not voluntarily recognise an out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution provider as competent unless participation is required by applicable law. Consumers may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

12. Changes and severability

The Terms applicable to an order are those available when the order is placed. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
